All of our domestic shipping is free. An additional $12 is charged for Canada shipping. Please understand that once a package is shipped, we cannot control its delivery. We wish we could though. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of purchase.
Return Policy
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If you for whatever reason are not, you certainly can return it to us for a full refund or exchange as long as the garment has not been worn, tags are still attached and is returned placed inside the garment bag that it was received in within 2 weeks of receiving it. If so, please email us at ComfyCozy@NordicBeach.com for a return Authorization # before returning. Return postage is not paid for by seller.
